Calcium + Magnesium is a comprehensive formula containing synergistic nutrients including vitamins D & K that help support the bioavailability of calcium. Each tablet contains: Calcium (marine source) 250mg , Magnesium (marine source) 100mg, Manganese (Chelate) 1mg, Boron (Chelate) 250mcg, Horsetail 50mg, Calcium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) 30mg, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5mcg, Phylloquinone (Vitamin K1) 2.5mcg. This product contains tabletting aids. Some herbal extracts used.

SUGGESTED USE

Adults – Take 1-2 tablets twice daily with food, or as professionally recommended. Best taken with Pro-life Daily Man or Daily Woman to maintain adequate daily nutrient intake.
