At HealthHQ, we stand by the quality of our products and offer warranties to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. Our warranty policy complies with New Zealand consumer laws, offering protection for your purchases.

Standard Warranty

Most HealthHQ products come with a standard 1-year warranty, with many items featuring extended warranty periods. If your HealthHQ product is found to be faulty within its warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period starts from the delivery date to the customer. Variations in wood texture, colour, and normal wear are not covered.

Warranty Coverage

• Material and Manufacturer Workmanship Defects: Any defects in the materials or manufacturing of your HealthHQ product are covered under this warranty.
• Exclusions: The warranty is void if the product is used in an application for which it was not designed or intended.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To assess your warranty claim, please email us with your order number and clear photos or video of the fault. We will review your claim and determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. For health and safety reasons, ensure your products are cleaned before returning them, as we cannot accept dirty items.

Commercial Warranty

For commercial environments, all standard warranties apply but with a 50% reduction in duration.
